Clinical history

63 y/o female presents with a RUQ pain post laparoscopic cholecystectomy. HIDA scan is ordered to rule out biliary leak.

Imaging Findings

Heterogeneous activity in the liver with normal excretion into bowel and gallbladder.

Essential Facts

More common than primary liver cancer.  Most common sources of metastasis are from the colon, pancreas, lung, and breast carcinomas.
